If you’re like me you’re ready to say sayonara to winter and hello to the smells of fresh cut grass and flowers in bloom… and sunsets that stretch past 8 o’clock. The recent bout of warm weather had me reaching into the back of my closet to pull out my summer sandals and slides. I noticed a few of my favorite pairs got a little *too* much love last year – so it was time to look for something new. Here are some of my favorite finds (along with price and locations) that are guaranteed to put a little spring in your step! If you’re looking for fun flats, a classic heel to wear to work (like this adorable polka dot Nine West pair!), or a fun floral wedge to add a little flair to your wardrobe – I found great options sure to fit every style. Colored denim is trending big time this spring. Now that the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, has been seen sporting a cute pair of red skinny denims, it seems like everyone wants in on the style. If you want to try it out, we’ve got you covered! Out in the mall today I spotted this style at Gap, Express, White House Black Market and J .Crew, too. There’s a wide variety of colors – from red to blue and even purple and yellow!
You can opt to dress down and wear them like Kate (with a pair of sneakers and a sweatshirt) or dress them up with a flowing top or tank and slides or sandals. Stop by your favorite store to find a fit that’s right for you!
